Jenn McCoy

Jenn began her career with Professional Retail Services (PRS) in 2003, eager to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships. After gaining years of experience in the industry, she helped launch Retail Mechanical Services (RMS) nine years ago, combining her HVAC expertise with the excitement of building something new alongside her family.

Today, Jenn leads operations for RMS with that same dedication, focusing on supporting her team, serving clients, and driving continuous improvement across every project. Outside of work, she enjoys time at the beach, binging a good show, and spending time with her soon-to-be husband, daughter, and large extended family. Her guilty pleasures include Pinot Noir, Smartfood popcorn, and the occasional Friendly’s ice cream sundae.
